i got a post; discipline head for lower sec. at first i was scared that there will be dispute, but however, none. 2m0l0, 19th august 2006, school having family day carnival. NID REPORT TO SCHOOL FOR DUTY. but nvm coz got cip hours .
WED, 16th august 2006, first day as discipline head. at the start a bit nervous.but later on a bit used liaox. CRUEL...little mistakes also must pump them. but hpoe that they wun repeat the same mistakes the next parade so no nid to punish them .....*sec 1 veri sloppy, footdrills-never lock hand, smile when doing drills* ..hope to see inprovement from them... FELLOW NCOS...WAD SHOULD I DO ???
